Vada Sayers

Dr. Sayers is a native of Akron, Ohio. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a certificate in Manual Communication from the University of Akron in 2022. She went on to earn her Doctor of Audiology from the Northeast Ohio Audiology Consortium in 2026.
During her doctoral training, she obtained a certificate in Interprofessional Hearing Early Access Response through Telepractice, which expanded her knowledge on the importance of early intervention in pediatric hearing and language services, as well as the value of active family participation and interprofessional collaboration in patient care.
Her clinical experience includes multiple rotations at Akron Children’s Hospital, Cleveland Clinic, public school systems, and otolaryngology clinics. Her professional interests include pediatric audiology, electrophysiologic auditory testing, and vestibular diagnostic assessment. She is passionate about providing patient-centered hearing healthcare and is dedicated to collaborative, evidence-based practice.
